Here at It's A Lot Coaching, I understand that you've been through A LOT so I want to work with you so that combined, we can turn A Lot into A Lot Less.
Our initial session will be an open session where we discuss the basis of our journey for the next 12 sessions. Please understand that the WHY may change from what you initially have in mind - and that is OK.
For example, you might want to start off we discovering ways to lose weight, but it might end up being about growing independent from food and dependent on learning to love who you are.
We all have our trials and struggles in life. Through helping others in various ways, I've come to notice that we often reduce the impact of our struggles "because someone else, somewhere has it worse". I'm here to tell you, that YOUR struggle is not like theirs. Your situations can still feel overwhelming. Your situations are ok to feel like they are out of control. Your situations are yours. They do not belong to anyone else.
Through compassion, kindness, understanding and what can seem like an impossible thing to accomplish, I would like the opportunity to guide you away from your situations that confine you and into situations you grow from.
